MOTOR CYCLE NOTES.
RUN ON SUNDAY.
WRESTLING AT HAMILTON. The Auckland Motor -Cycle Club will hold the first trial of the season on Sunday next, leaving the clubrooms at 9.30 a.m. Every member attending the run A'ill bo awarded five points. A stot will be made at Tlobsonville Aerodrome for lunch, and members will have the opportunity of inspecting the aerodrome. The club is holding its second social in the clubrooms this evening. The following is the club's programme jor the next six months: — July 14—Club Trial. August 10 and 11—Pascoe Trial. September 15 —Ixlou Trial. October U'O-liS—John Hull Trial. November 10—Club Spued Trial. December S —Beach Meeting. January I—New1 —New Zealand T.T. at Wailieke. Wrestling Competitions. A team of wrestlers from the Auckland Motor Cycle Club visited Hamilton on Thursday evening and took part in a series of challenge bouts with members of the Hamilton Motor Cycle Club. Following are the results, Auckland members being mentioned first: —H. Scott, 8.7, beat R. Wilde, 8.0, by a fall in the second round; A. Sigley, 9.1, lost to A. Harp, 9.0, by two falls to one; J. Cormack, 11.2, beat C. Mcintosh, 10.10, by two falls to none; L. Abraham, 11.5, beat G. Smith, 10.12, by two falls to none; V. Young, 12.0, beat 1). Whatu, 11.4, by one fall in the third round; F. Zambilcea, 12.7, lost to C. Steers, 12.10, at the end of the third round, when each man had one fall, Steers being awarded the match on points. The team is going to Wliiingarei to meet the members of the local motor cycle club at an early date.
