CHANGE IN YUGOSLAVIA. (Received 1 p.m.) BELGRADE, June 24. In order to pave the way for a democratic regime, M. Stojadinovitch, a former Finance Minister, lias formed a Cabinet. He will -be Premier and Foreign Minister.
