ACTION BY R. NAYLOR. JUDGMENT TOR CLUB. SYDNEY, June 20. Recently Rufus Naylor commenced an action against the Canterbury Park Racing Club,- claiming damages owing to his removal from the club's course. Defendant club demurred to plaintiff's action, and the question of law involved in the proceedings was argued on the demurrer before the Full Court.
