•■(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The death has occurred i.n Wellington of Mr. Walter Hill, who was well known in sporting circles. Mr. Hill was boi u in Wellington in 1805 and in later year* lie entered business in Petone and Eastbourne. From 192(> to 19.11 he was proprietor of the Tarawera Hotel. He was a former member of the Petone Borough Council and a member of the Petone Cricket Club and the Petone Bowling Club.
