40-HOUR WEEK.
FURTHER ACTION AT GENEVA. (Received 11.30 a.m.) GENEVA, Juno 14. The 40-Hour Week Committee recommended tho preparation this year of a general draft convention embodying the principle of the 40-hour week. By 42 to 7 the committee resolved to submit the convention for adoption to the present conference. Britain again opposed this move.
