Notice is hereby givtA" that it is the intention of the Ellerslie Town Board, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 51 of the Rating Act, 1925, Sections 35 and 36 of the Town Boards Act. 1908, the Ellerslie Town Board Loans Conversion Order. 1934, and in pursuance of all or any other Act or Amendment thereto enabling at a Special Meeting of the said Board to be held in the Board Room, Municipal Chambers. Ellerslio, on THURSDAY, the 27th day of June. 1035, at 7 p.m., to Make and Levy the following Rates :— (1) A GENERAL RATE of Threepence Halfpenny (3Jtl) in the £. (2) A SPECIAL RATE of Fivcpencc Halfpenny (5Jd) in the £. (3) A SPECIAL HATE of One Penny (Id) in the £ to provide the levy made by the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. All the foregoing rates to be "levied on the Unimproved Value of all Ratable Property within the Ellerslie Town District.
