In a judgment delivered at the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr., Justice Fair granted an injunction prohibiting Ernest Green, cabinetmaker, of Ponsonby, from manufacturing or offering foi; sale any wooden seats for sanitary closets. The injunction was sought by Whitley and Co., Ltd., sanitary woodware manufacturers, of Wellington Place, Auckland. Madagascar supplies much of the .raffia used for tying and for working.
