The Government , Meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Tauranga, Kawhia and Hamilton i—• Moderate but freshening east to south-east winda, weather cloudy to overcast, with scattered rain; seas rather rough - on parts of the east coast, but otherwise moderate. An anti-oj'clone extends from eastern Australia across the Tasman Sea and New Zealand, but pressure is relatively low to the north.

HATOAKI GUI.F CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditions in the' Hauraki Gulf was received from Tlritiri Island at noon to-day;— ' Wind, cast-north-east, fresh; sea rough; weather cloudy and showery;
