PRINCE'S 9 WORDS FOR 6D WIRE (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, June 2. The Prince of Wales yesterday inaugurated the new telegraphic rate of nine words for sixpence by sending the first telegram to the King.
