MANY SEPARATION CASES

The remainder of n list of divorce petitions totalling over 50 was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday after noon by Mr. Justice Fair, who did not complete the fixtures until after five o'clock. Complete separation for over 30 years was the basis of the petition of George Thaniel Crisp (Mr. Glaister) against Winnie Crisp. The petitioner said they were married at Napier in January, 1901, and separated by agreement in January, 190(5. He declared that he had not seen his wife since. His Honor granted a decree nisi. Walker) against James Clarke Fenton; Herbert -Brook Blincoe (Mr. Gatenby) against Esslemont Blincoe; Mavis Jean Patricia Strong (Mr. Matthews) against Walter William Henry Strong; Ivy Margaret Berridge (Mr. Singer) against Jack Berridge; Henry John Mitchell the younger (Mr. Wilson) against Catherine Harriet Ella Mitchell; Daisy Drummond (Mr. Matthews) against Henry Ernest Drummond; Janje Isabel Flora Cundy (Mi". Haddow) against Eric Charles Cundy; Clerene Cameron Johnston (Mr. Matthews) against Alexander Johnston; Pauline Webb (Mr. Sullivan) against Thomas Herbert, Webb; Ellen Isabella Kelly (Mr. Singer) against Gregory Stephen Kelly; Stella Irene Miller (Mr. Henry) against Neil Frederick Miller; Matthew lTogan (Mr. Henry) against Frances Katherine Hogan; Marion Gottwaltz (Mr. Slipper) against Walter George Gottwaltz. On the ground of desertion the following additional decrees were granted: — Allan Alfred Beehre (Mr. A. J. Moody) against Emily Beehre; Grace Emily Horrell (Mr. Matthews) against Walter John Horrell. As restitution orders had not been complied with decrees were granted in the cases of Frederick William Falconer (Mr. Townshend) against Merania Audrey Falconer; Edmund Grieves Ferridav (Mr. Finlay) against Mary Alice Ferriday; Ethel Minnie Cargill (Mr. Stevens) against Thomas Edward Carpill; Ernest Forbes Shirley (Mr. Boyce) against Olive Louis Shirley; Wilfred Charles Marchant (Mr. Stevens) against Alma Amy Marchant; Johnathan Christie Cullen (Mr. Rudd) against Alice Tvowena Muriel Cullen; Robert William Dunning (Mr. Munro) against Enid Dunning. Misconduct formed the basis of the petitions of James Stanley Trayes (Mr. Bennett) against Margaret Trayes and James Nash; Maurice ITeves (Mr. Dickson) against Alice Heyes; Morice James Coulter (Mr. Drummond) against Mary Charlotte Coulter and Edward Eosly'n Benton.
