CONDEMNED IN OTAGO. (Hy Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, Thursday.

The Otago Returned Soldiers' Association decided yesterday to endorse the action of the Dominion executive committee in condemning the following resolution passed at the annual meeting of the Auckland U.S.A.: "That this association strongly protests against the statement made by Mr. Forbes committing the people of New Zealand in the event of another war "
