DAMAGES AND COSTS.
DUNEDIN DIVORCE CASE. COURT GRANTS DECREE NISI. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Damages of £100 and costs £100 were awarded by consent in the Supreme Court to-day against Charles Matravers Benzoni in the divorce case in which David Simpson Buchanan proceeded against Emily lAda Buchanan for the I dissolution of their marriage, on the ground of adultery with Benzoni. A decree nisi was granted.
