INCREASED NET PROFITS. DIVIDEND 10 PER CENT. Slightly increased profits are disclosed in the annual accounts issued by the directors of Bycroft, Limited, for the year ended March 31. The figures are £10,690, compared with £10.505 the previous year. The report states that "the progress of the company has been fully maintained. Ample provision has been made for depreciation of buildings, machinery and plant. Stocks are taken at a conservative valuation and adequate provision has been maintained for income tax and bad and doubtful debts." The directors recommend a final dividend of 1/1 per share, making a total dividend for the year of 2/. per share.
