LONDON, May 1
Tho "Daily Mail" says that the Scottish and Welsh Nationalist parties met at Liverpool and drew up a joint declaration, of which copies will be sent to the King, Mr. Ramsay MaeDonald and the Dominion Prime Ministers, claiming Dominion status for Scotland and Wales.
