UNIVERSITY CLUB. The University Harrier Club will open its season on Saturday wiili a five-mile run. starting from St. George's Hull, ltanfurly Itoad, Epsom, at 2.13 p.m. Trophies won last season will hu presented at the conclusion of the run. A 100 yards sprint will lie held before the commencement of (be run. The Kohn Cup I will be awarded Ibis season to the runner scoring most points In handicap sprints. WESLEY CLUB'S RUN. The Wesley Harrier Club will hold a run on Saturday, starting from the Mount Itoskill School. Three Kings terminus, at 2.30 p.m. A handicap run-in will also be held. CALLIOPE CLUB. The Calliope Harrier Club will hold n six-miles run at Birkenhead on Saturday, starting from the Methodist Hall at 2.45 p.m. Prior to the run a 100 yards handicap will be decided in four grades. The Presbyterian Bible Class Harrier Club will hold a run over a distance of five miles on Saturday, starting from the residence of Mr. J. H. Dalton, Rewi Road, Epsom, at 2.30 p.m. TECHNICAL OLD BOYS. The Technical College Old Boys' Athletic Club will open its 1035 harrier season on Saturday. The run will commence at 2.30 from the Mount Albert Baptist Church, Mount Albert Road. The members will be split up into three packs under J. Nicholson, E. J. Laird and A. Moon. BAPTIST CLUB. . ! A new club, the Auckland Baptist Harrier Club, will hold its first run for the season over a four-mile course on Saturday next. Members meet at the North Memorial ChurcTi, Remuern, not I later than 2.45. A scratch run-in over I approximately 100 yds will be held. Tea i will be followed by a meeting, when the Ifull controlling body of the club will be elected, and rules and programme for the season arranged.
