"The Times" Delhi Correspondent states that Sir Nripendranath Sircar, a law member of the -Assembly, opposing a private bill introduced to repeal the Anti-Terrorist iZaw, quoted 56 eases of crime in Bengal in which over 56 members of .the National Congress were convicted. He drew attention to the glorifications by Congress of executed terrorists and the condonation of violence. The speech was obviously unpalatabkto Congress members.
