Baron van Yzercn, of Holland, who claims to possess the sole concession in petroleum and manganese gold in Portuguese Timor, is busily negotiating a lcas6 to a Japanese syndicate. Baron van Yzercn says that the prospects are promising and the Navy is greatly interested.
