BURDEN ON COMMITTEES. LARGER GRANTS WANTED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Duncdin Headmasters' Association passed a resolution viewing, with alarm the extent to which schools and school staffs were obliged to raise money for the upkeep of schools and schoolgrounds and urging 1 that the Education Board and the School Committees' Association continue to press the Government for more liberal allowances to school committees. i
