BURNING CYCLE.

BRIDGE SET ON FIRE. DELAY TO MOTOR TRAFFIC. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WARIvWORTH, this day. A motor cycle caught fire on the Glen Eden Bridge two miles south of Matakana, oil the Ma takana-Wark worth Road, this morning, and when the rider abandoned it the decking of the bridge also caught alight. Motor traffic on both sides of the bridge was held up for nearly an hour while a number of motorists assisted to put out the flames by using wet sacks and fine metal. The decking of the bridge was charred to some extent, and the motor cycle was badly damaged.
