Defeat of New Government In Victoria. COUNTRY-LABOUR MOTION. (Received 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The no-confidence motion moved for the State Country party by Mr. A. A. Dunstan was carried bv 40 votes to 2.3. The Labour party voted solidly with the Country party, thus defeating the new United Australia party Government under Sir Stanley Argyle. The general election took place on March 2.
