BRITISH COLUMBIAN DEFENCE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, March 20. Brigadier-General Ross, in the House of Commons, urged greater expenditures for aerial and naval defence of British Columbia. Australia had realised the peril of war on the Pacific and Canada should follow that example.
