DIRECT TELEPHONE SERVICE.
(British Official Wireless.) , RUGBY, March 5
A direct radio telephone service between Britain and Japan is to be inaugurated on March 12 with an exchange of greetings between representatives of the British and Japanese Governments. The service will be opened to the public on March 13.
