ALL-DAY PARTY.

One of the most enjoyable all-day parties was given by Mrs. Harrison - Gregory yesterday, when she entertained a number of friends at Mon Desir, Takapuna. Foursomes of tennis, puttJUgj swimming, bridge and mah jong, were the entertainments, prizes being awarded for the two former amusements. An al fresco lunch was served in the garden, and afternoon tea was beautifully arranged on the wide verandah. Among the guests were: — Mesdames J. C. Finlay, Gerald White, G. McMillan, E. Alison, A. O'Leary, Thomson, Gordon Bartleet, E. Spinley, J. Hollingrake, P. Clatworthy, Ferguson, R. N. K. Swanston, H. Brinsden, F. H. Pope, L. L. Williams, V. Cornaga, R. L. Wilson, T. Mowbray, Misses Molly Hyams, Ailsa Hacket, B. Magson, Beth Swanson, Margaret Thomson, Vera Ziman, Frame.
