ACTION OF STORM.

NEW ENTRANCE TO HARBOUR. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, February 27. As a result of the storms at the weekend a new entrance has been opened in Christcliurch harbour, Hampshire. It will save a journey of a mile and a half for small craft. The original channel was separated from the sea by a sandspit two miles long. The heavy seas caused a break ."<0 feet wide to be opened through the sanuspit. It is extending with every tide.
