HITLER CONGRESS.
Democracy Mastered Through Its Emptiness. HONOUR AND EQUALITY. BERLIN", February 2.1 "I have conquered democracy through its own emptiness. No democracy can ever conquer us, said Hcrr Hitler, speaking at Munich, where, 15 years ago, his party's programme was first announced. Herr Hitler added: "I shall never sign any document which is the equivalent of renunciation of German honour and equality, but when we sign something we keep it.
"The world must change its viewpoint about us. It must .forget the Germany of the past 15 years and substitute for it the memory of a thousand years of German history. We do not want to threaten anybody's freedom, but if force is used against us we shall defend ourselves man for man."
