LONDON, February 24. Conservatives will split the vote at another bye-election, namely, at Norwood, where the candidates are D. Sandys (National Conservative), R. Findlay (Independent Conservative), and Mrs. Ayrton Gould (Labour). The Conservative majority at the last election in a straight fight with Labour was 23,634.
