WATER METERS.

Water meters have been tried before by the city, and almost every other local body. They easily get out of order. Better to collect £4 15/ from every householder and utilise the sum for joining up with the Waikato, or, better still, Lake Taupo, which would be the best and cheapest in the long run. Water we want without restriction that we mav grow a few lettuce and other greens for the'benefit of our health during the parched-up seasons. ANOTHER CHEAPER WATER.
