NEW ZEALAND TO PLAY AT EASTBOURNE. (Received 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. New Zealand has chosen Eastbourne as the plnce for ite first round of the Davis Cup tie against Australia. The dates have not yet been arranged. Australia prefers May 9. 10 and 11, but New Zealand suggests May 16, 17 and 18.
