DRUNK MOTOR CYCLIST.
LICENSE CANCELLED. "He made several,attempts to mount his motor cycle, but fell ' over," sakl Sergeant J. Call ill when Claud Francis Bando, aged 37, a farmer at Win, appeared at the Otahuliu Police Court this morning, and admitted being intoxicated while in charge of a motor cycle. He appeared before Messrs. R. B. Todd and C. R. Petrie, J.P.s. The sergeant said that defendant was arrested last evening, and a doctor certified that he was intoxicated. He had been before the court on a similar charge in 1933 when his license had been cancelled. Defendant was convicted and fined £5 and costs and Ins license was cancelled for two years.
