WIDOW'S CLAIM FAILS.

FATAL AIR ACCIDENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, this day. In a judgment delivered to-day Mr. Justice Blair nonsuited Winifred Gertrude Maindonald, of Christchureh, in her claim against New Zculand Airways, Ltd., Thnaru, for £uOQO damages arising out of the death of her husband, Edgar Thomas Maindonald, in an aviation accident at Blenheim on September 24, 1933. Originally the Marlborough Aero Club, which owned the wrecked machine, was co-defendant in the action, but plaintiff was nonsuited as regards the Aero Club at the time of the hearing' of the case, his Honor reserving his decision so far as Xew Zealand Airways was concerned.
