PIRATE CHIEFS.
IDENTITY ESTABLISHED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) HONGKONG, February 10. The Chinese Piracy Suppression Office announces that the identity has been established of two of the chief pirates in the Tungchow incident. The Canton Government has increased the reward to 1000 dollars. !
