Apple souffle is a light and appetising sweet with which to conclude a hot meal. It can be cooked in thc> oven while the other dishes are baking. Stow in the oven in a casserole some thin sliced apples with water, a lump butter, sugar, and gnated lemon nd. £a fcminutes in ® buttered oven-disk.
