The attention of the Public is drawn to the following Government Harbour Regulations regarding smoking on Vehicular Steamers. These Regulations arc now in force. REGULATION 17 READS: "No person shall smoke on any vehicular ferry plying within harbour limits, either during the conveyance of such vehicles or while the vessel is lying at any wliarf with any sucli vehicles on board." PENALTY.
