FIRE AT GARAGE.

MOTOR CYCLE IGNITES. A fire occurred at Johnson's Oarage. at the corner of Great South Road and Market Road, at 12.:i0 this afternoon. A motor cycle owned by Mr. IC. Hoiisly, of Heme Bay. was being replenished with petrol, which overflowed into the engine and then burst into flames. The machine was pushed out from the station, and the fire was quickly extinguished' when the Kemuora and Great South Road brigades appeared. Considerable damage was done to the sidecar attached to the cycle, and minor damage to the machine itself. It was not insured.
