ATTITUDE OF WOMEN. ordered policy urged. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, this day. The Wairarapa Provincial Council of the Women's Division of the Farmers' Union at its meeting to-day decided to support the policy of ordered immigration of selected.and trained British immigrants on a quid pro quo basis with Britain, as outlined by the Immigration Society, recently formed in Wellington. It was also decided that in view of the desperate scarcity of labour on farms and in country homes, the Government, should be urged to do its utmost to expedite the immigration policy launched by the recently-formed immigration board.
