CELEBRATIONS ARRANGED. The second amiivetsary of the Friendly Road movement will be celebrated tomorrow with a •children's festival in the Town Hall conducted by "Uncle Tom" (All-. T. T. Garland), in the afternoon a mass meeting will be held at Carla-.v Park with a number of bands in attendance. "Uncle Scrim" (Rev. C. G. Scnnigeour) will address the gathering. In the evening the main function will be held in the Town Hall, when Mr. Scrimgeour will again speak, and the Friendly Road adult choir will sing. Special trams and trains from the suburbs and country have been arranged for to cope with the anticipated crowds.
