ANXIETY OVER PLEBISCITE
SAARBRUOKEN, November 14
Fearing anti-Semitic measures after tho Saar plebiscite in January many of the 5000 Jews in the region have departed. Others are disposing of their businesses. Some have adopted French citizenship, and others are liquidating their possessions so as to be ready to escape at a moment's notice.
