WAKATERE BOATING CLUB.

The Wakatere Boating Club hold a race on Saturday afternoon for the club's 14ft one-design class There were seven starters in a fresh north-east, breeze, and they sailed three rounds of tlie usual course. The result was: Windjammer (S. l'recker) 1, Wnimurie (B. Nicholas) 2, Wakatere (Ron Hunt) :t. The new Wakatere cruiser started and was shaping very weil when she carried away her forestay.
