Foreign Journalists Expelled From Spain. SEVERE CENSORSHIP. ("Times" Cables.) LONDON, November 9. The Madrid correspondent of "Tho Times" states that in the Spanish Press there are constant complaints about information published abroad. These have- culminated in the arrest of many newspaper correspondents. Mr. Reginald Calvert, representative of the "Daily Telegraph," was taken from his home, but the British Embassy later secured his release. Mademoiselle Thierry, correspondent of tho French journal "L'Oeuvre," was arrested and expelled. Her expulsion is believed to have been due to her articles on the Catalonian situation. Other journalists have been arrested and expelled from Spain as "undesirables."
