CATHOLIC WOMEN'S LEAGUE.
A. , 'well-attended, card party for charity took place on Thursday evening at the league rooms, which were gay with masses of delphiniums, stocks and Iceland poppies. Prizes were awarded to Misses G. Eowan, A. Mulvaney, Mesdames Kemble and Staunton. Among those present were: Mesdames Pilling, Watthew, G. Taylor, Dovey, M. O'Neill, F. Rauch, O'Donbghue, C. Towsey, B. Prendergast, Dunne, J.
