HOSPITAL CONCERT.

The weekly concert arranged by Sirs. Baeburn and Mr. A. Hamblin at the Public Hospital was held in Ward 1 on Wednesday evening. A very enjoyable programme was provided under the direction of Miss Hilda Parkinson, which consisted of violin and pianoforte solos, songs, duos, humorous items, elocution and fancy dancing. Those taking part were:—Misses Molly Bolger, Erin Power, Connie Sinton, Ethel Oake, Maureen Finlinson, Mary Wheeler, Xoreen Peck, Nola Howe, Jose Parkinson, Xita, Datson, Doreen Kvte. Peggy. Bolger, June Hopkinson, Patty Slacken, Moira Litherland and Master Jimmy Peck. The accompanist was Miss Erin Power.
