HEALTH STAMPS
EARLY ISSUE TO BE ON SALE. (Bj Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. This year's health stamps are to be placed fin sale at an early date. Mr. A. J. Stallworthy (Independent, Eden) has been advised by the Minister of Health, Mr. Young, that the Post Oflico will, receive the stamps before the end of the month by the Rangitiki from England, and will make them available almost immediately.
