DAYLIGHT SAYING. TIME TO CEASE PROTESTING. ADVICE TO FARMERS. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. "Daylight saving has come to stay, and we might as well admit it, instead of bumping our heads eternally against a stone wall,'' declared Mr. W. J. Polson, M.P., Dominion president of the Farmers' Union, at to-day's meeting of the executive of the union.

Mr. Poison added that he thought it would be better to have half an hour of daylight saving all the year round.
