(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. The Government is not in the least disturbed over the appearance of the Democrat party oil the political horizon, according to a, statement by the Pmne Minister" Mr. Forbes, to-night. "We don't know who they are yet," he said. "Nobody but the organiser has appeared so far, and there has been no indication of what they are or what they will do."
