Public notice is hereby given in terms of Sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33. that at a Special Meeting of the Waitemata Electric Power Board called for flic purpose, and held on Monday, 17th September, 1934, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be hehl on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 1934, at 2.1 o p.m.—
"In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, the Waitemata Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order. 1934 (No. 2). and the Waitemata Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 2). Amendment Order, and of all other powers and authorities it thereto enabling, the Waitemata Electric Power Board doth hereby resolve to issue new Debentures (except where dissent is duly signified) in Conversion of the Debentures in respect of Loans aggregating £129.500 (one hundred and twenty-nine thousand five hundred pounds) comprised in the First Schedule to the Waitemata 'Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 2), dated 14th April, 1934. and published in the New Zealand Gazette Xo. lifl 0 f ]glh April, 1934. on Page 1072, and the Waitemata Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order 19,34 (No. 2) Amendment Order, dated 30th May, 1934, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 42 of 7th June. 1934. on Page 1711. such new secssrities to be issued and the Conversion effected in terms of flic Waitemata Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order. 1934 i.N'o. 2) and the Waitemata Electric Power Board Loans Conversion Order, 1034 (No. 2) Amendment Order."
