CHEAPER SEA FARES.
ON ATLANTIC ROUTES.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 8. The conference of Atlantic- shipping lines, held at London, decided to adopt special excursion rates •with a short period of validity in the tourist and third classes. Hitherto there had been simply winter and summer rates. The new excursion fares will apply to visits representing a stay ashore of up to 15 days, during periods other than the high summer passenger season, ,
