THEFT ALLEGED.
TWO MEN BEFORE THE COURT BAKER AND SEAMAN. Three charges of breaking, entering and theft, and one charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, were preferred against George Henry Trillo (28), a baker, and Richard William Henry Ashton (33), a seaman, before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court this afternoon. » Senior Detective Hall conducted the case for the police, and Mr. J. J. Sullivan appeared for both accused. The charges against the accused were: (1) That on September 15 they broke and entered the warehouse of G. S. Ames and Company, Ltd., and stole six pairs of socks and a case opener, valued at £1 1/; (2) that on September 15 they broke and entered the warehouse of Cooke and Company and stole three j bottles of liquor and a corkscrew, valued nt £2 11/; (3) that on September 15 tliey broke and entered the warehouse cf W. V. Robinson and stole a pinch bar valued at 3/9; (4) that on September T5 they broke and entered the warehouse of W. C.-Beaumont, Ltd., with intent to commit a crime. ,
