CATHEDRAL CHURCH.

74TH ANNIVERSARY.

The 74th anniversary of the dedication of St. Mary's Cathedral Church, Parnell, was celebrated yesterday. Golden offerings were made at all services, with the gratifying result that £252 2/10 was collected. The preacher at the morning service was the vicar, Canon W. Fancourt, and in the evening (lie sermon was preached by the Rev, J. M. Beaufort, headmaster of King's School, Remuera. There were large congregations at the services.
