MILITARY BOOTS.
GOVERNMENT'*- BIG ORDER. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. Messrs. Ross and Glendining have received a contract for the supply of 13,000 pairs of boots to be issued to the territorial forces of the Dominion. _ The order is considered by the firm as highly satisfactory to all concerned in the industry. The supply of boots to territorials is in accordance with the policy announced some time ago by the Minister, who intimated that the men would be paid for evening parades and would be supplied with boots. = ~
