PAKURANGA HUNT.
FINAL MEET OF SEASON
The final meet of the Pakuranga Hunt was held at Pukeoware on Saturday, and was largely attended. The houuds worked over the properties of Messrs. A. Madill, H. Halliwell, W. K. Lawton, D. Sands, b. Neil, R. Whiston, E. Gr. Jones, C. J. West, J. Walker, E. Barriball, J. B. Diver, A. Shebalin, A. R. Sharp and Mcßurney. However, the runs were somewhat spoiled through the hares escaping into barred country. Followers were entertained at afternoon tea at the Pukeoware Hall by the ladies of the district, and in the evening a dance was held. Among the followers were : —The huntsman, Mr. P. H.
